Tkpk1 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkpk1 platform and all of its services. tkpk1 (referred to herein as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider serving users in Bangladesh ("you", "member").

By using the tkpk1.bet website or mobile platform, creating an account, or participating in any betting activity, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore essential that you read them in full before registering.

• You must be an individual — registering an account on behalf of a corporate entity or company is not permitted.
• You may only hold one account at tkpk1. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region where you reside.
• tkpk1 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to bet on this platform.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

To register on tkpk1, you must provide accurate personal information. If any details provided at registration are found to be false or incorrect, tkpk1 reserves the right to close the account at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

In accordance with these Terms & Conditions, members may be required to verify their identity through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Verification is mandatory for large withdrawals and bonus claims.

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required.
• Your registered mobile number must be verified via OTP.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Some services may be limited until email verification is completed.

Deposits and withdrawals at tkpk1 are simple and secure. Using Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods, you can complete transactions quickly. Key payment terms and conditions are outlined below.

• Deposits must come from your own registered mobile banking account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• You must place at least one bet (equal to your deposit amount) before making a withdrawal.
• For suspicious transactions, tkpk1 may take up to 72 hours to verify a withdrawal.
• tkpk1 reserves the right to immediately suspend any transaction suspected of involving money laundering or fraud.

Tkpk1's bonus and promotion offers are designed exclusively for our members. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being voided. All bonus-related decisions made by tkpk1 are final.

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to ৳5,000). To withdraw this bonus, you must complete wagering of 15x the total bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: A reload bonus is available on qualifying deposits each week. Each reload bonus carries its own wagering requirements.
• Cashback: A cashback percentage is paid on your net weekly losses. No wagering requirements apply to cashback bonuses.
• Loyalty Points: Loyalty points are earned on every bet placed and can later be redeemed for cash or bonuses.

Certain fundamental rules must be followed when betting at tkpk1. These rules apply equally to all members and form an integral part of tkpk1's Terms & Conditions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the live cashout feature is active).
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tkpk1 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market, and tkpk1 may adjust these limits at any time.
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalty.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at tkpk1. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to tkpk1's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Betting collusion or organised fraud with other members.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards support staff or other members.

Tkpk1 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the circumstances listed below. Where possible, members will be notified before closure; however, accounts may be suspended without prior notice in urgent cases.

• Breaching any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to submit required documents.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months.

After account closure, any valid balance (where applicable and no terms have been breached) will be returned. Bonus balances, however, will be forfeited.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account to take a short break.

• Final Step: Independent arbitration may be requested through tkpk1's licensing authority.

Tkpk1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or an in-platform notification before changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please request account closure.
